Major Step Forward for Timperley Housing Development

Sales centre to open at Timperley Village development

by | 02/07/20

The launch of a new housing development from Laurus Homes has taken a major step forward with the opening of a new sales centre.

Bakers Court – on the site of the old library in Timperley Village - will see 29 one and two-bedroom apartments being built, all exclusively available through shared ownership, the Government supported scheme that makes buying a new home more affordable.  The development will also include a state-of-the-art library, GPs surgery and a pharmacy, which will serve the residents and the local community.

Visitors to the sales centre will be amongst the first to learn more about the development, and to mark the launch Laurus – part of Trafford Housing Trust - is holding an opening event on 10 July 2020.  Open between 10.30am – 5.00pm, prospective home buyers will be able to meet a dedicated Sales Advisor and discover more about the different styles of homes available.

Zac Worthington, Senior Sales Manager at Laurus Homes, said: “These new homes have been designed to blend into the local surroundings of Timperley Village, and – with eight properties already reserved - we’re confident that they will be popular with a mix of professionals and first-time buyers.”

The sales centre is at Bakers Court, Baker Street, Timperley, WA15 7XH, and to book an appointment to visit the Sales Centre, email bakerscourt@laurushomes.co.uk or call 0161 968 0352.
