After months of operating under strict government guidelines, we’re reviewing some of our services as the restrictions start to be eased. We wanted to get in touch to provide you with an update, how we can help you and a reminder about social distancing.
Our priority remains to keep our customers and colleagues safe. All decisions that we make follow the latest advice from the government and also meet the needs of our customers.
Our office remains closed, as many of our team are now working from home, however we are still here for you. You can find out more online, by emailing or phoning us, or by requesting services via MyAccount – www.mytht.co.uk
We want to give reassurance and information to customers about our services and to signpost you to the organisations and support groups who are doing amazing work to those in and around Trafford.
Please be patient, we need to get information out quickly to you, but the information needs to be correct. Misinformation in a time like this will do more harm than good. We will keep the page updated and inform you of what THT are doing, how our services are affected and signpost you to advice and information from the experts.
We would like to thank you for your help and support during these unprecedented times.
